The journey

What if you didn’t need another break?

What if you needed a reset?

Sattva Reset is an immersive retreat designed to help you step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with what is happening within: your body, breath, emotions, thoughts, and inner rhythm.

Through carefully structured daily rituals, yoga, pranayama, therapeutic practices, mindful eating, creative expression and meditation, we create space to slow down, listen and reconnect. This is not simply a holiday. It is a journey inward.

The 2026 experience

A reset remembered by those who were there.

Before we tell you what’s coming in 2027, hear it from those who experienced the journey.

“Before sharing my experience about the retreat, I would first like to sincerely thank all of you for providing such a wholesome and enriching experience. You have truly poured your heart and soul into every aspect of the retreat, and I could feel that warmth and care in every interaction. Attending the retreat helped me understand myself better and showed me how small, consistent actions can add immense value to both the mind and the soul. The retreat was exceptionally well planned in a way that even a layperson like me, with little understanding of Ayurveda, could easily grasp the concepts and begin incorporating them into daily life. It also helped me better understand my relationship with both myself and my wife. Every meal during the summer retreat was thoughtfully prepared. Each one made me feel lighter, more energetic, and refreshed rather than heavy or sleepy. I especially enjoyed the daily post-dinner talks, where we could discuss the day’s learnings and clarify our questions. Every day encouraged us to personally experience and reflect on something new. I now feel motivated to follow many of these practices in my daily routine and continue learning more. This retreat has given me a strong foundation to build upon. You all have so much wisdom and positivity to offer, and I feel truly grateful to have received and learned from you. These Japanese words perfectly express my feelings about this retreat: Otsukaresama deshita — “Thank you for your hard work.” Gochisousama deshita — “Thank you for the wonderful meal.” Thank you once again for such a meaningful experience.”

“My experience at the Sattva Ayurvedic retreat was deeply rejuvenating and enriching. The therapies and treatments felt personalized and helped me feel more relaxed, balanced, and refreshed both physically and mentally. I appreciated the calm atmosphere, the attentive staff, and the holistic approach to wellness throughout the retreat. The daily routines (Dincharya), meals with awareness, and wellness sessions created a restorative experience that encouraged mindfulness and self-care. I also valued learning more about Ayurvedic practices that I can continue incorporating into my lifestyle after the retreat. Overall, it was a peaceful and healing experience.”

“I benefitted a lot from the workshop. It helped me to connect with myself, completely disconnect with screens and any digital distraction. The food was amazing. The doctors were very thorough and diligent in assessing me. I felt heard, understood and cared for — which in today’s world is so rare as we are so increasingly individualistic. There are things I need to still work on in terms of my mind and grounding but the team at the retreat laid a strong foundation for me to take forward. I already had an understanding of the tattvas — the panchamahabhutas, and Tridosha — but this was a great refresher and revision. I learnt new things too. Just like how reading the same book again and again offers new and delightful things each time. I feel I can be a better person — better daughter, wife, friend to myself and others because of my understanding of my body and mind.”

The theme of 2027

Shiva

Absorb the energy of Shiva for internal transformation

Shivaratri becomes the symbolic anchor of this year’s retreat. Shiva represents stillness, awareness, transformation and the ability to move beyond what no longer serves us.

Through the retreat, we explore these qualities not simply as ideas, but as lived experiences — through breath, body awareness, meditation, silence, creativity, mindful food and conscious daily rituals. The intention is not to escape life. It is to return to it with greater awareness.
